1. Management's decision is final in all matters.
2. To see which tables count towards which ladder, see the link below.
3. Only winning hands at real money cash tables with ParadisePoker are eligible to play on the PokerLadder.
4. We retrieve all data at 06:30 GMT daily for the period of midnight to 11:59:99 GMT the previous day.
5. The weekly winner is selected 07:30 GMT on Sunday of each week for the period of 00:00:00 Sunday to 11:59:99 Saturday, for the previous week. All weekly winners will be credited on the Monday of the following week into their ParadisePoker account.
6. The monthly winner is selected 07:30 GMT on the first day of each month for the period of 00:00:00 on the first of the month to 11:59:99 on the last day of the month, for the previous month. All monthly winners will be credited on the 1st day of the following month into their ParadisePoker account.

8. Players found to be colluding to place higher in poker ladder will have their accounts closed and no poker ladder winnings will be paid.
